The case itself is 3/16" acrylic. It is bent around the back casket shape. I then glued the whole thing together with epoxy. The front is attached using super magnets. After it was assembled I applied the images and painted the insides black with krylon.

The images I used are a Celtic knot on the side and a image of a Nagzul or Ring Wraith on the front. I merged two images to get the look I wanted. As I said before, I reverse applied vinyl and Back painted the acrylic after it was built. I Then pulled off the vinyl leaving a window. In the case of the Wraith I re-applied the image that was there and put red transclucent material over it to dull the image a bit, and bring out the details. A red cold cathode is wraped with the same material inside so It shines more of a red. I wanted more of a crimson red but it turned out a fire red instead. I made no bones about it since it was only my test PSU and It looked just fine.

This was basically me experimenting with materials. I also got tired of looking at a hunk of metal on my desk. I hope you enjoyed this mod.
