Project13: June issue of MaximumPC

MaximumPC graciously picked another of my rigs to be the Rig of the Month. This time it is my personal daily use computer "Project13". Built around a 13" cube this computer is everything aI love about computers and modding. Easy to use, Easy to tweak, easy to haul around and Great looks too. She's my baby. I'm glad they love her as much as I do. Make sure you pick up your issue and check it out.

TOURNAMENT WINNER!!

After several grueling weeks over at the modshop I managed to battle my way through many world class rigs to go Mano e Mano with the wolverine. It was a tough battle but in the end there can be only one. Luckily today that was me! I'm so glad that I won and I owe a lot of my thanks to my many friends over at Modders-inc and The Austin Modders. I am hoping to use the prize money to start on a new and awesome project.

Kudos to the wolverine. He is an awesome modder and has many great rigs to his name. It could have easily gone either way.

New Mouse and Battling at the Mod Shop

I'm Baaaack, well sorta. I've finally caught the modding bug again and I also seem to somehow have some time. That might once again go away now that my boys football seasons are approaching. In the mean time I have started reviewing Modding hardware again at Modders-inc.com and I've entered 3 of my rigs over at MaximumPC's online modding site the modshop.

The UTMod, Liquid Metal Cube and MKTB mods are working their way through the rounds. So make sure you stop by and check that site out, register and vote for me. Taking home the $1200 purse in the contest would definately bolster my future modding plans.

For now you can enjoy this modded Logitech G9 that I painted to match the Project13 case. I had been using the undmodded MX1000 for way too long and honestly, it was about time.

Neat-O-Rama creates ''Ultimate'' Mod list

The Website: Neat-O-Rama.com Has created the "Ultimate" Mod list. It is a very extensive and impressive list of mods all divided into neat little categories like food, animals, movies, etc. Most of the mods on the list are brilliant. Some look out of place and others that should be on there are missing. All that aside it is a great list.

Of course the coolest part of the list is that it includes THREE!! of my mods!! My Martini, UTMod can Casket mod were kindly included in the list. How cool is that! I really appreciate that they feel that my mods are an "Ultimate" achievement in the world of modding.

If you feel like there are some mods that should be on the list be sure and let them know .

Cathy from Sapphire Inc. kindly sent a pic of the Sapphire cube at Cebit in Germany. That little cube seems to be gettting a lot of milage on it. I am glad they like it so much.

I feel sorry for those german models, they just pale in comparison to the beauty of the case.
